Get fit at your own pace! I offer private lessons for individuals or small groups in personal training, conditioning, ballet, contemporary, yoga, stretch/strength, mat Pilates, isolative strength and free weights, and cross-training. I offer classes primarily to adults and can work with those that have special needs. I will create a personalized workout plan, show you what to do, and support you every step, stretch and rep of the way. I am committed to your long-term success. I can also help with your total fitness plans, including toning or losing weight. I especially enjoy working with seniors.
I can meet you at your location, help you find a location, or teach you in my private studio. I also have a flexible schedule, and can teach late evening classes, morning classes, or weekend classes. Rates vary depending on your needs, but the average appointment is $25 for 45 minutes for one individual for dance and $45 for yoga or Pilates. Rates are lower for groups.
My studio is in Apache Junction, Arizona. I can travel throughout the Phoenix and Valley areas, and am willing to travel to the Globe/Miami and the Florence area as well. Travel charges may apply. I am also available for online sessions, depending on your needs.

My Fitness Bio
Andrea has been dancing since she was 5 years old, primarily in ballet and contemporary. She graduated from Arizona State University with a BA in Dance in 1998. She owned and operated Dance Fitness studio in Mesa, Arizona, from 1997 until 2002. She taught dance as a volunteer at Eastlake Park Recreation in Phoenix, and with OpenDance, an after-school dance program for underserved children, in 2002 through 2004. She has trained extensively in mat pilates, yoga based stretch programs, tumbling, conditioning and kinesiology, as well as other cross training throughout the last 15 years.
